Stress-Free Bar Packages at The Englewood Event Center
A'la carte options are also available. The Englewood Event Center offers bar packages to fit any budget and taste. Beer & Wine, and Open Bar packages include the service of one bartender for four hours. All bar packages are built for a four hour event, but we are happy to extend that time frame for an additional charge outlined below.
Bar Package Options:

Cash Bar: Paid Per Guest
Client is responsible for a $150 Bartending fee which includes one bartender per 75 guests. If there is over $500 in alcohol sales per bartender during the event, the bartender fee is waived.

Consumption Bar:
Client is responsible for a $150 Bartending fee which includes one bartender for up to 4 hours. Additional Bartenders are $150 per two hour period. We offer a choice of beer, wine, and liquor to serve to your guests. The bar is customizable and the guest will be billed for the beverages consumed at the end of the evening. * Please note, one bartender is required  for every 70 guests in attendance. Pricing for alcoholic beverages is between $4.00 and $12.00, soda is $2.00 and bottled water is $1.00. All items include a 20% service charge and 7% sales tax.

Beer & Wine: $20.95 per guest
We will offer a choice of three domestic and two imported beers as well as your choice of four of the following wines: Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, or Pinot Grigio. * A signature Drink of your choice can be added for $5.00 additional per guest.

Open House Bar: $24.95 per guest
We will offer a choice of three domestic and two imported beers as well as your choice of four of the following house wines: Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling or Pinot Grigio. We will also offer you a full open bar of our house liquor options including: Rum, Vodka, Gin, Whiskey, Spiced Rum, and Tequila.
Open Premium Bar: $30.95 per guest
We will offer a choice of three domestic and two imported beers as well as your choice of four of the following wines: Blackstone or Oak Grove Merlot, B.V. Beautour Cabernet, Santa Margharita Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay, Blackstone or Berringer Founders Estate Pino Noir, Oak Grove or Toki Sauvignon Blanc, and Schmidt Sohne Riesling.

We will also offer you a full open bar including: Bacardi Rum, Smirnoff Vodka, Seagram’s Gin, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Jim
Beam Bourbon, Dewars Scotch and Jose Cuervo Tequila.

Open Top Shelf Bar: $44.95 per guest
We will offer a choice of three domestic and two imported beers as well as your choice of four of the following wines: Red Diamond or Vista Peak Merlot and Cabernet, Bufani or Zellina Pinot Grigio, Cupcake or Vista Peak Chardonnay, Cupcake or Brancott Sauvignon Blanc, Mark West or Vista Peak Pinot Noir, and Carl Sittman Riesling.
We will also offer you a full open bar including: Siesta Key Rum, Grey Goose Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Seagram’s 7 Whiskey, Siesta Key
Spiced Rum, Makers Mark Bourbon, Glenfidich 12 year Scotch and Patron Silver Tequila.
Venue Rental Information at The Englewood Event Center
DEPOSITS & CONFIRMATION 
For a function to be confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of $1250 must be paid. The balance of anticipated food, beverage, and any other additional rental items will be required 14 days prior to the date.

GUARANTEES
A guaranteed guest count is required three working days (72 hours) prior to the day of your event.

MENUS
Menu selections and set up arrangements must be finalized at least three weeks in advance to ensure the items selected can be procured. In accordance with the Englewood Event Center contract and all rules, all food and beverage must be purchased through the the Event Center: the only exception is with special occasion cakes. All food and beverage items served are subject to a 20% service charge and 7% state sales tax. Prices are subject to change unless a signed Banquet Event Order (BEO) is signed with a guarantee.

BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Florida State Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. As a licensee, the Englewood Event Center is responsible for the administration on of those regulations. No one under the age of 21 years of age will be served and persons the Englewood Event Center believes to be intoxicated will be refused service. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the Englewood Event Center property.
