WEDDINGS AND REHEASAL DINNERS

Milan Catering offers so much more than just delicious food!

We offer full wedding planning services with our florist, lighting, drapery and rental packages to create your dream wedding. We also offer full bar services, wedding cakes and dessert stations.

Packages start at $36+ per person plus bar services and there are no hidden service fees added at the end.

 
CORPORATE and SPECIAL EVENTS

Our menus offer a wide assortment of creative and delicious options for your clients and employees from Continental Breakfasts, Corporate Lunches to VIP Meet and Greets.

Breakfasts start at $12 per person, Buffet Lunches start at $16 per person and VIP Meet and Greets start at $19 per person. All Day Meeting Event packages are available starting at $55 per person.

Full Bar service is available with experienced, licensed bartenders.
Concessions available for special events and fund raisers.

Milan Catering and Event Design, LLC, your five star caterers, offers a delicious selection of dinner services for your special event or wedding reception at the Englewood Event Center.

Our commitment to you and your guests is a culinary experience with a tailored catering service including served dinners, buffets, family style service and full beverage and bar services.
We have attached samples of our more popular regional food menus.

Because only professional chefs create, prepare and deliver your menu selections, you can choose from a wide variety of options, or give us your favorites. We offer Vegan and Vegetarian, Gluten Free (GF) and Kosher Style menus.

At the Englewood Event Center, wer provide menus, linens, dinnerware, flatware and event services.

We also offer ala carte services including draping, lighting, florals and wedding cakes.

Wedding Planning

We offer Wedding Planning and coordination through our event division, the Sarasota Wedding Gallery. Services can include day of coordination and ala carte services for Styling and Vendor Management. Our wedding planners will take your vision and transform it into reality with event rentals, linens, florals, uplighting and additional decor items. They create layouts, timelines, 3rd party vendor lists, and keep everyone on schedule for the day of.

Professional Chefs create, prepare, cook and plate up each entree. This concept provides a more extensive menu selection with superior quality and when on-site, food is served at the right temperature with five star eye appeal. We have multiple Chefs, each with specialities for cultural cuisine, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free. We offer contemporary catering styles of service, Buffets, Served, Family Style (platters of food delivered to each table) and the more elegant service Guest Choice Tableside (Guests sit down and order their entree for the evening - no need to collect dinner RSVPS or hand out tokens).

Single Entree (Bronze)

Service for 100 guests. Four hours of service.
Butlered three appetizers. Chicken medallions (6oz) with fresh relishes or sauce with sides and seasonal vegetables. Regional favorites available - Paella, Arroz Con Pollo, Southern Chicken Jambalaya or Shrimp and Grits. Pre-set salads. Linens, dinnerware, flatware. Price per person $28.

Duet Entree (Silver)

Service for 100 guests. Four hours of service.

Custom Menus

We are chef owned and passionate about food. Our Executive Chef will customize any of our menus and even create family favorites. If you don't see it, just ask. We source locally and substitute organic, non-GMO ingredients whenever available. We are green certified since 2007.

Per Person Pricing

Pricing reflects minimum guest count of 100 unless otherwise listed. Prices do not include gratuity (20%) or sales tax (7%). Prices subject to change without notice. No prices are guaranteed until Milan Catering receives the Save the Date deposit and a signed contract.

Layouts, Decor, Timelines

For the day of your event, your Senior Event Manager is on-site for the service and post event clean up. No worries... your day will be perfect.
